SHIPPING POLICY

At Pressed Not Stressed By Pooh, we know you are excited to get your new set! We work hard to ship orders as quickly as possible. Please read our processing times carefully, as they differ depending on the type of set you purchase.
1. PROCESSING TIME vs. SHIPPING TIME
Please note that "Processing Time" is how long it takes us to prepare your order. "Shipping Time" is how long the carrier (USPS) takes to deliver it to your door.
A. Ready-to-Ship Sets (The "Shop All" Collection)
- Processing Time: 1-2 Business Days.
- We typically ship these within 24 hours! If you order on a weekend or holiday, your order will ship the next business day.
B. Custom Made-to-Order Sets
- Processing Time: 2-7 Business Days.
- Since these are hand-painted specifically for you after payment is received, please allow up to 7 business days for creation before your tracking number is generated.
C. Mixed Orders
- If your order contains both a Ready-to-Ship set and a Custom set, the entire order will ship once the Custom set is completed. If you need the Ready-to-Ship set sooner, please place two separate orders.
2. SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATES
We ship all orders via USPS.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather or USPS processing. These are out of our control.
3. ORDER TRACKING
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number.
- Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
- If you haven’t received your shipping confirmation email within 3 days of your order, please check your Spam folder or contact us at [Insert Email Address].
4. INCORRECT ADDRESSES
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct at the time of purchase.
- If you notice a mistake immediately after ordering, please email us ASAP (within 1 hour).
- If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address (e.g., missing apartment number), the customer is responsible for paying the shipping fee to have it re-sent.
5. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Pressed Not Stressed By Pooh is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, or if the tracking says "Delivered" but you did not receive it:
- Check with neighbors or your apartment front desk.
- Contact your local post office immediately.
- File a claim with USPS using your tracking number.
We are not responsible for packages stolen from your mailbox or porch.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States.
