RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Pressed Not Stressed By Pooh, every set is hand-painted and curated with care. Due to the custom nature of our products and strict hygiene standards, please review our policy below before placing an order.

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds. Because press-on nails are classified as a personal hygiene product (similar to earrings or makeup), we cannot accept returns once the package has left our studio, even if the nails are unworn. We cannot resell returned items for sanitary reasons.

2. SIZING ISSUES

We are not responsible if the wrong size is ordered. It is the customer's responsibility to measure their nails correctly before purchasing.

  • We provide a detailed Size Guide on our website to help you find your perfect fit.
  • We list specific millimeter measurements for all "Ready to Ship" sets in the product description.
  • Fit Tip: If you are in-between sizes, we always recommend sizing UP, as you can file the sides of the press-on nail to fit. You cannot make a small nail bigger.

3. DAMAGES & DEFECTS

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

How to report an issue:

  1. Email us at [info@pnsbypooh.com] with your Order Number.
  2. Attach clear photos of the damaged product and the packaging.
  3. We will assess the issue and offer a resolution (replacement or store credit) if the error was on our end.

4. CANCELLATIONS

  • Ready-to-Ship Orders: Since we aim to ship within 24 hours, cancellations must be requested within 1 hour of placing the order. After 1 hour, we cannot guarantee cancellation as the label may have already been purchased.
  • Custom Made-to-Order Sets: Cancellations must be made within 24 hours. After 24 hours, materials have been allocated and work may have begun, so a cancellation fee of 50% may apply.

5. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Pressed Not Stressed By Pooh is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been handed over to USPS.

  • If your tracking says "Delivered" but you do not have it, please check with neighbors or your local post office.
  • You can file a claim directly with USPS using your tracking number.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot send a replacement if the wrong address was provided.
